              I dropped my dentures/teeth off at Hylan Dental on 4/25/2023 because I chipped a tooth. I have been a client for years. Hylan dental made my dentures a few years ago and I paid a lot of money. I was informed that the repair takes about 1-2 days and they promised to call me when my teeth have returned from the LAB. It has been 9 days and I have reached out to them and they keep giving me the run around about my status from the LAB. I believe they have lost my dentures and refuse to give me any information.

              Hylan dental cancelled multiple appointments which lead to serious mouth pain. I finally got an appt and was quoted roughly $8000 for a root canal and potential implant. Because I could not afford the implant I was being badgered into getting my tooth pulled so I decided to get a second opinion. My dental records/X-rays were requested 4 times and I never received them. The new dentist requested them, we were not given them. The reception was extremely rude, wouldn’t let me talk to a manager or owner. Told me they are not able to process my request in a timely manner to my needs. I am still seeking dental care in extreme pain and can not get access to my records for further treatment.

              we responded to this patient within a 4 hour period of time. we were understaffed and did the best job we could. We called the patient and apologized but she was not understanding of the world around her. we sent the information within four hours.

              No information was ever sent. I waited multiple days. And you received 4 request to have them emailed. Two days later I drove all the way to the office to pick up the records that took less than 10 seconds to have printed. To say I am not understanding of the world around me is ignorant. When I’m sitting in an emergency dental chair and can not get the help I need after days of requesting my records, that is no longer a me problem, that’s a lack of customer service. Lastly, Let’s not forget that the apology I was given was “we apologize we can not accommodate you in a manner you find acceptable.” Then was hung up on. Rude and inconsiderate. Not is that an “apology”
