  On April 22, 2024, BBB confirmed by returned mail-VACANT that ATW Services is not located at 25551 Zeman Avenue Cleveland, OH 44132.  This was the last known address for ATW Services.  BBB does not know where the business is physically located.  BBB urges caution when choosing whether to do business with a company whose physical location is unknown.  BBB also attempted to contact ATW Services by calling 216-659-9857.  BBB was able to leave a message requesting an updated address for ATW Services.  BBB will update the profile as information becomes available.
• Advertising Review:

  In March 2024, BBB contacted ATW Services regarding claims in its advertising.
  
  Its Facebook page includes claims such as:
  "Get your credit fixed only $188 to get started! Monthly only $89! You can see results in as fast as 45 days! "We will help you to dispute...Any and all negative items in your payment history!  Plus, we do so much more to help your overall debt and increase your networth!"  
  "We leverage the Fair Credit Reporting Act Law. We pull your credit report, perform a detail analysis then dispute all negative items on your report at the same time with all 3 credit bureaus, creating a very quick turnaround.  It really doesn't matter what the negative item is, it can be disputed to be removed. Clients start to see results within 45-90 days of getting started."   
  "Do you need any or all of the following legally removed from your credit report?  Judgements, bankruptcies, charge-offs, collections, student loans, repossessions, foreclosures, tax liens, medical bills, late payments.  Don't be denied credit again! We will help you restore your credit" 
  The BBB Code of Advertising states that the primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any claims or offers made before publication or broadcast and, upon request, present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or the Better Business Bureau. Claims relating to performance or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.  The business did not respond to BBB's request that it provide substantiation for these claims.
  
  Its Facebook page also includes testimonials:
  "My credit score increased by 70 points in the first 30 days with Andrew's CREDIT MY RENT service." 
  "I am the product of the process! The dealer told me to come to check the value of my used car... My score was almost 800? I walked in as A*** but left as 'Mr. W***'! The process works!"
  "Another client on their way to great credit. Your score has changed +98 points"
  In general, advertising which uses testimonials or endorsements is likely to mislead or confuse if it contains representations or statements which would be misleading if made directly by the advertiser and if the consumer’s experience represented in an advertisement is not the typical experience of those using the product or service, unless the advertisement clearly and conspicuously discloses what the expected results will be. Such claims require substantiation. BBB asked the business if these testimonials are examples of typical results and, if not, what results can customers expect on average, but did not receive a reply.
