I have nothing but good things to say about Compsource.com. They answered all my questions and told me exactly how many they had in stock. I was able to find a 2 tray printer from them when no one else had one. It arrived in 3 days. I had to upgrade to the latest driver version and add adobe so it could do mixed paper documents. It’s very fast and efficient. I purchased a Brother HLL6400DWT. I’m very happy!

As a small business you would not know it. They treat you as a big business would. Jordan the sales manager obliviously could not be bothered to stay an extra few minutes but sent an email on his way out the door saying my order was declined and they are now closed and will be out of the office until Monday. As a small business owner myself I would have picked up the phone and called the customer to try and save the order. Not only did CompSource lose this order but they lost a customer!CompSource, Inc. Your order was placed late after noon on the 23rd of Dec. We had our small business Christmas and made sure orders where taken care of and then I gave our employees the rest of the day off. The site indicated this as well as our phone system. Jordan actually remoted in at 3:30 to double check on any loose ends and saw that your card declined and informed you of this via email. We simply do not call customers for this because the vast majority of the time these are fraudulent transactions. He waited another 30 minutes to see if you would reply. He noted that nothing was going to ship out at that time so he carried on with this holiday shopping. I understand that you are upset that your card declined but big business or small we didn't do anything wrong and I'd say considering the day and timing Jordan went above and beyond!
