In January 2023, a verbal agreement was made between ***** & ******* *********, and Cleveland Clean Sweep (owner Aaron P****). Upon purchase of the home and property of ***** **** **** ***** ************* ** *****; a housing contract was signed with resolution that the chimney was repaired for a cost of $2,000.00 to ensure that it was "properly working in a safe condition for use." After purchase of wood for chimney use, it was discovered that the chimney did not work due to a liner malfunction. A representative from Columbia Chimney Service was able to professionally point out the error in installation; where upon the owners were able to directly contact the selling agent (****** ***** *****) and receive documentation on chimney repairs prior to final purchase in May of 2019. Cleveland Clean Sweep owner, Aaron P**** arrived in our home to identify the issue and problem was brought upon by two installers that were no longer with his company as installers. At this time, owners ***** & ******* ********* understood in direct verbal agreement that Cleveland Clean Sweep would repair the liner and properly fix the chimney. A March 26th appointment date was made for repair, and to have Cleveland Clean Sweep into our home. After two cancellations by Aaron at Cleveland Clean Sweep, he along with his son arrived on Friday, April 14th. After 3 1/2 hours, no repair was made; no completed work was done in the home, and Aaron became agitated with his sons performance on the job. A second appointment was made for Friday, April 21st. Aaron spent 1:06 pm - 4:30 pm within the home, did not complete any tasks based on plan, process, and lack of product. He did destroy valued assets within our home, all that have been documented with over 55 pictures. He did not complete a task, and leaves us as the home owners behind where we started upon meeting and finding a verbal agreement with Aaron and Cleveland Clean Sweep.
