    hi my name is ***** ***** the owner of ******* liquors we ordered check cashing machine from
    them in amount of 20.000 in February 2 2025 we did use the Machine after a Few checks cashed
    we Noticed on of the checks in amount of 7,210,05 they approved the check and they collect the fees from my account so the clear the check from their side but they never wired the money to my account so the holding the money over 60 days we contact them they ignoring my calls and they have absolutely No customer service my point of view since they clear the check and detect the fees from my account this check cashing machine system work just like ATM in this case we are seeking to refund the amount of the machine that i bought from them because of the violation of the agreement of guaranteed their business with us we need to return the machine and refund the money therefore we could not dealing with them due to lack of trust
