    PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!! And do your research on the BBB before making a decision This shop is TERRIBLE!!!!…when I say TERRIBLE his attitude is bad his communication sucks and a complete ripoff he charged me $750 for absolutely nothing starting off I gave him a $300 deposit just to have my car in a worst condition then it was just for him to proceed and tell me he will take my car if I don’t pay $450 ….need I say more he has a thousand excuses why he is delayed on everything his first excuse was he got into a car accident to his reasoning for ignoring me for almost a week to the next excuse being how it was difficult to get whatever parts he needed to never show a receipt of the parts or a breakdown of labor after having my car for a MONTH AND 3 weeks i left countless voicemails and text messages to still be ignored with no update I told him I wanted to come a get my car and Instantly got a response for him to say he seen my calls and messages but he felt no need to respond because he had nothing to tell me because i still had a balance of $450 for absolutely nothing I already gave him $300 he treated my car like a junk car he pulled apart and left it then claimed it Was all my fault because I no longer wanted his service…I am a business owner myself I would never treat any customer or client this way I am not here to put any bad comments I am here to tell the truth and save other people MONEY,TIME,and HEADACHE

    Customer came to my shop needing repairs on an accident she was in. When we had first talked she did not have the funds to return the car to proper standards and wanted me to have the car “drivable”. We had many discussions,calls,txts on the repair and how the availability of the parts was affecting the timeline. She did not have enough money for the deposit which we agreed after she had dropped off money that she would periodically drop the rest off during the repairs. which after having the parts and half way through the job she had not completed the deposit. She then stopped the job on her own accord and had instructed us to not work on the vehicle anymore. I then informed her that we needed to bring the job current on the work and the returning of the parts which the vendors charge a restocking fee. She then called the police in what seemed like an attempt to not pay for the work and parts return. The police also informed her that she was responsible for the full deposit amount that was agreed upon at drop off, with customer signature on the work agreement. We pride ourselves on being flexible with our customers however at the end of the day we are a business and cannot provide services for free due to a customer’s lack of funds.
