My brand new 2022 car was involved in a accident and was taken to premier auto body they told me it wouldn’t be done for months then all of the sudden it’s done overnight which was strange I went to go pick up my car but I noticed my car was 2 different color whites and was not satisfied they began yelling at me they are a family owned business so the Son starts yelling the husband and the wife telling me I have to only pay cash no other form of payment however my car is not done correctly And it’s a lease I do not own it so it has to be like it was before the accident they are very unprofessional and refused to give me my vehicle back so they are now holding my vehicle and they also are charging me a bill they never paid the tow company was paid directly from my insurance company and they are lying to me telling me they paid them which is not true I confirmed it with my insurance adjuster and the tow company myself and they never received payment from premier auto body when I asked premier for proof they showed me a receipt bill you can buy at office max no image of a check nothing I am not paying a company money they are not entitled to or didn’t pay out I do not recommend premier auto body to anyone looking for a good auto body shop they also close at 4 pm when the average person works a 9-5 every day they are unprofessional and don’t care if you are satisfied or happy they will not fix any issues either
