- Additional Info:On February 27,2023, ReposvioLKS, LLC came to the attention of BBB. At that time, BBB received several scam trackers submissions from consumers. The submissions indicated that ReposvioLKS is advertising repossessed cars at a discount on Facebook Marketplace. Consumers further indicate that they are placing bids for vehicles, RV's, Boats and Equipment. After winning a bid, they are receiving generic invoices requesting money be wired to ReposvioLKS. The consumers are reporting transactions in the range of $35,000 to $67,000.
On February 27,2023 BBB requested additional information from the business and BBB also attempted to contact the business by calling 216-202-5448. BBB was not able to leave a message.
On March 2, 2023, BBB checked the website to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The website was created on 2-23-2023 and the registrant information was not disclosed. BBB also confirmed with the property manager of 200 Public Square Cleveland, Ohio 44114 that ReposviolK is not a current tenant of the building. At this time, BBB is unable to verify if the business is located at this address.
BBB is also unable to locate a registration with the Ohio Secretary of State.
Based on the information detailed above, BBB advised caution when wiring money to any unknown third party. Consumers with outstanding concerns are encouraged to file a complaint with BBB and may also wish to contact legal counsel and the Ohio Attorney General.
