Refund and Exchange Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  A 20% restocking charge is assessed for all opened but not used items when returned within 30 days of delivery.  We can not accept returns for an parts that have been used.
All used OEM hard parts must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc).  In all other cases return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.  
We process all refunds within 3-5 days of us receiving the part back at our warehouse.  The time you receive your refund depends on your credit cards processing time.  In most cases you should see the refund processed in your account within one week of the return.  However, we've seen this take up to 2-weeks.
