    On August 8th, 2022, I paid Automark Automotive $474.56(approx. half of the original quote of $950.65) to refabricate the exhaust system on my 2012 Nissan Versa. Essentially everything from the Catalytic Converter to the tailpipe was to be redone. When my vehicle was left with them, I was told the work would be complete in several days. I received a text message at 8:08pm 8/8 that my vehicle should be done by Wednesday evening(8/10) pending the receiving of all parts. I then received another text Thursday 8/11 at 11:59am stating new tracking info indicates remaining parts will be delivered Monday 8/15. I initiate contact on Monday 8/15 at 2:30pm as I had not heard anything. I arrived at their location around 6pm after several failed attempts to make contact with Mark Reese. By this point, I was without my vehicle for a week. Finally he texted me indicating my vehicle could then be picked up on Tuesday morning(8/16) provided I paid over the phone the remaining balance. Around 2 hours later, I received a text indicating my vehicle was not complete yet and would be around Thursday or Friday of the same week. The next morning, Tuesday(8/16) I received a text at 8:13am indicating my vehicle would be ready at an agreed time of 6:30pm the same day for pickup. When I arrived, I was a little concerned that the work may have been rushed. As the vehicle was on the rack, I noticed the welds were very crude however appeared on face value as complete. Once I paid the $276.13 balance, adjusted as the actual full replacement did not occur, I left. Several months later, my O2 sensor started to indicate issues. My mechanic determined all 4 welds were leaking. In fact, 1 particular weld was not even completely welded. I initiated contact with Mark Reese about getting a refund-or at least partial refund on the work as his invoice indicates I am entitled to a 2 year warranty on both parts and labor. Since he is out of business, I am asking for a refund. I have not heard anymore.
