- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your sweater for a full refund of the sweater purchase price within 30 days of receiving it. Standard shipping at Isle of Skye Cashmere is free, but premium shipping charges for Fedex 2 Day and Overnight shipping are nonrefundable. Also, charges for gift wrapping are not refundable.
You may also exchange your sweater for another size, color or style within 30 days of receiving it. On your first exchange, there is no additional shipping charge for standard shipping within the United States. - Business Categories
