    I worked with Pickens Windows years ago when I worked in Maintenance. My husband & I have a 2 Family ( which we live in the upper apt, with the original wood windows & a sash needed to be replaced. Called Pickens & Junior came and was extremely knowledgeable and repaired the window. We were turning the 1st floor unit for rental and a few windows were in need repair. Junior checked all out and ordered parts. Because of the age of the replacement windows on 1st floor, it took a little bit to get the parts, but finally came in and Junior returned and repaired. Very satisfied with Pickens and Junior, and will definitely recommend.

    We had Pickens Window come to our house last week to fix some Double Hung windows that were not working properly. My first impression was the expense of the service call but it included 1/2 hour labor on site. Their Technician, Junior, arrived and got right down to work and our windows were all fixed within the 1/2 time frame. He was a pleasure to have in our home and we are very happy with our experience. Pickens Window was a great choice.

    This review is regarding the service we received from Junior. He was on time, professional, and explained everything. We needed a new handle and its mechanism replaced. The windows were custom made prior to us moving in 20 years ago so he explained it would take a few weeks to get the parts.When we initially called *** explained the charges to come out to the house. We were aware there would not be a free estimate. We were also told we would receive a phone call in the morning to give us a time frame for the technician that day and if we didnt answer the call the technician wouldnt come. When the parts arrived *** called to let us know the exact price we would owe prior to installation. In other words we had no surprises.The best part was Junior and the quality of his work.
