      I had a good sales experience. ***** was great. Overall, the windows turned out good, but getting resolution on issues I had after installation was horrible.I got my windows installed the second week of August, I believe. I had a damaged screen so I was told it would be fixed. The installation guy took the screen with him. No big deal, one screen. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to have it fixed. Another guy (****) comes back out about 3 weeks later and asks where the screen is at. I told him the guy that put the windows in took the frame with him since the screening was damaged. **** asks if everything else with the windows are fine. I said the caulking around the windows are oily and if that is normal? He inspected and determined that the caulking was bad and needed to be replaced. It wasn't sticking and could be pulled right off. He put in his report that ALL the caulking should be replaced. I received a call the next week the it would be another 2-3 weeks for the screen and the caulking would be done at that time. So fast forward to first week of November, **** comes back out. He has the wrong screen (either sent wrong or ordered wrong). He then proceeds to fix the caulking. I signed off on the report. Waited the next to inspect the work once it had dried. I still had bad caulk around my windows. A bubble in the caulk above one window. A metal ground wire caulked to the window. Not all the windows had been fixed. I called them to tell them the work was not done right. I was told again 2-3 weeks for the screen. I had the installation manager **** come out. **** said he did all the windows which was a lie. So it wasn't until 14th of November that everything got fixed. No follow up call to make sure everything turned out ok. Horrible experience. 3.5 months after the windows were installed to fix my issues.

You should not have had to wait multiple months for a screen replacement or for the caulking concerns to be fully resolved. The missed follow-through are issues weve reviewed directly with our installation and service teams. We are actively using situations like this to tighten up communication, improve documentation, and ensure multiple-step service items are completed correctly the first time.We genuinely appreciate your patience throughout the process, and were glad that, as of November 14th, all items were corrected to your satisfaction. Still, the path to get there should have been far smoother, and for that, we are truly sorry.Please know that your experience has already prompted internal improvements aimed at preventing this kind of delay for future customers.       Although I do appreciate the response, it's sad that I had to go to these lengths to get some sort of response back. I agree that the path to get the level of work I paid for should have been smother and done right the first time. I will be filing a dispute with my card company for a portion of the cost. The expectation from an overall experience fell short. I hope you guys are committed to fixing issues like these in the future with the changes you have made.

      Beware Windows Direct is NOT a good company. I was baited and switched on windows. I got 26 terrible windows that does not match my other color of windows on my house. If you want to be lied to, cheated, poor workmanship, messy work, not dond on time, delays, and unauthorized use of your credit card, and no resopnse from your questions, then Windows Direct is for you. Work started July 12, 2023, and I am still not satasfied.

      The installers showed up, were polite and professional, talked to me about the best place to start, planned the work and worked the plan. They showed no impatience with questions, had a "we can make this work" attitude, and showed me how the windows worked. I almost look forward to when it is time to clean the windows. This will be easy compared to my old windows...

      Our experience with Windows Direct was good. The guys (***** *** *****) were very professional, they were respectful of our home. After the installation of our windows, they cleaned the outside and inside where the old windows were removed. I was quite impressed with these 2 guys. We love our new windows and are happy we chose Windows Direct ??

      From start to finish windows direct did what they said they were going to do. They even came back out on my request to clean up one of the windows that needed a bit of dry wall work. In Toda./n Y's environment, this is hard to find would highly recommend.

      I had a basement walkout door replaced. Old one was wood and all rotten from water damage. New door is vinyl coated should last way past when I sell this house.
