5 starsThe installers showed up, were polite and professional, talked to me about the best place to start, planned the work and worked the plan. They showed no impatience with questions, had a "we can make this work" attitude, and showed me how the windows worked. I almost look forward to when it is time to clean the windows. This will be easy compared to my old windows...

5 starsOur experience with Windows Direct was good. The guys (***** *** *****) were very professional, they were respectful of our home. After the installation of our windows, they cleaned the outside and inside where the old windows were removed. I was quite impressed with these 2 guys. We love our new windows and are happy we chose Windows Direct ??Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

5 starsFrom start to finish windows direct did what they said they were going to do. They even came back out on my request to clean up one of the windows that needed a bit of dry wall work. In Toda./n Y's environment, this is hard to find would highly recommend.Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

5 starsI had a basement walkout door replaced. Old one was wood and all rotten from water damage. New door is vinyl coated should last way past when I sell this house.Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

5 starsWe just got our new windows installed in our condo and we couldn't be happier! They are beautiful and have really brightened up our home. I can tell already that it's quieter in the house and can't wait to see the effect it will have on my electric bill. The whole process has been very easy, from the salesman to the customer service to the installers, all were totally professional!
