Refund and Exchange Policy

Upon delivery, the customer should carefully examine all items for any damage. If damage is present, please promptly notify the shipping Carrier and Solo Products and detail the extent of the damage. Digital images of the affected product will be necessary.

  • All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee ; so, occasionally we have to make returns; usually because 1. We shipped the wrong item, 2. Customer ordered the wrong item, 3. Damage during shipment (should be #1).  Almost always ends well.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns
  • All returns must be authorized within 30 days
    The customer is responsible for shipping back to Solo Products main warehouse at 800 W. 5th St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45203.

    Please have the following information on hand when calling to initiate a return:
  • Customer Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Reason for return
