Mike and his son installed our water softener and whole house filtration system. Amazing customer service and response time to answer questions was amazing. We are now using them to install a system at my daughters house.

Thank you, Michael & Ethan. I have had a water softener. from a brand name company for 18 years, that was starting to have issues and the service staff was declining. I have been watching OVPW ADS for some time and decided to check them out. What a choice. Michael came out and checked my current system and made recommendations on what to install. The next move was up to Ethen. He came out at the scheduled time, had what was needed for the installation and did a professional job. It looks great! While he was here, he instructed me as to what my maintenances should be, and left instructions. The previous company installed and left. I found out later that I was over filling the brine tank. The results from this product have been a major improvement. You can fell the softness in the water quality and the RO water has a better taste. So far greatly satisfied with my purchase. Good morning - I've been a customer of Ohio Valley Pure Water for 21 years. Mike.Lynette and family are wonderful people to work with. the quality of there product along with service that is beyond reproach is something you don't see very often. My system was installed in 2003 and ran our to warranty at 14 years. I had been changing filters, etc myself for last couple of years when I ran into a part availability problem this week. Mike and Lynette came to my rescue to get my system back up. I've decided to purchase a new unit next year and the company of choice will be Ohio Pure Water because of their great , efficient service, quality product. I strongly advise anyone thinking of installing a RO unit to give Mike a call- he is always available.Feel free to contact me anytime for recommendation of this fine company. ***** ******Ohio Valley Pure Water Systems, Inc.
