Take your money elsewhere. In September of 2023, I took my truck to them to get repaired under warranty. I bought the truck from them in about September of 2022. I was promised (verbally), when I bought the car a year before that I would only need to pay a $100 co-pay if any issues arise. It was a fuel pump and water pump replacement. By the end of it, I needed to pay $450 because the warranty "didn't cover it". Not to mention, during that time I had near zero communication with the shop, just promises that it would be looked at soon. It took them three-four weeks to even look at my vehicle, just to tell me call me (after calling about once a week to find the status) to tell me what I already knew was wrong and upsell me on a few other things. I said the only services I wanted done was the fuel pump and the water pump, which was high, admittedly. It took them another two weeks for them to fix it, and I didn't even know it was ready until I called once, they told me to call again when their mechanic was in, and so I called the next day, to finally get my vehicle. That's not the most egregious part. When I replaced my thermostat myself, I followed the guides and put in a paper gasket. Every single one told me not to use RTV, so I didn't and just used a paper gasket. However, they inevitably had to replace the gasket, and they used RTV. About a month later, the RTV melted in my water system, jamming the thermostat and making it impossible to cool down the engine, which could've possibly lead to a head gasket break. I had to pry off the holder and thermostat off of melted silicone, scrub off the silicone and replace the thermostat, which fixed the problem. tl;dr: near zero communication, (possible) overcharging, and bad work that nearly lead to a need for an engine rebuild.
