My name is Kem F****** the author of "******** *** *******..*** ***** ***** **" and "**** **** ** * ****t dba "****** ****** I advertised my publications as a request on LinkedIn to find a producer to create a movie out of both publications. Daphne M******* owner of Lure Entertainment responded. She then began telling me she would take on both projects and how both would be a hit. The next correspondence was having to do with Daphne M*******, not only as a producer, but also as a Talent Manager. This is where fees were sent to me as what she termed "Management fees". I told her I could not afford it so she offered afterpay, and zelle as ways to pay $446.00 every two weeks. Daphne then said she would create and online merchandise store with her 17 yo either niece or daughter would do the animation Daphne's daughter or niece was only to receive two payments of $225 to create a new ******** (rebranding). ******** t shirts, bookbags, hat was then uploaded to the merchandise store but the store is not even in operation. I soon found out that Daphne M******'s goal was to open her own studio to become likened to studios such as ********* and ****** ********. I don't trust what she is doing, extorting money with nothing in return. Daphne has terminated the contract today so I am requesting all of what I invested in full. Daphne has never shown proof of signing ******** to ********** ******** becoming animation, etc. There was only lip service with no results. Please warn others about Daphne M******* owner of Lure Entertainment about her shoddy business dealings.

Kem F****** had signed as a client to Produce and rebrand the Book When **** **** ** * ****t and signed a Producer contract with the Company with obligation to pay and still owing on a remaining balance. Moving forward then deciding that another book ******** *** ******* that had No previous history in sales , we were in agreement as far as a complete rebranding for that book and to also produce it into an animation that was currently in development to present to Studiosand there is a management contract that had been in place that would allow me to protect her in other contracts as a manager/ agent when presenting and in distribution. I then asked her and had taken it upon myself to start and create a Merchandise line and add it to the stores that are still be created right now and are not finished on ****** among other stores. She had also signed an agreement (Contract) with another that I manage a Minor client who had created the art for the new book and the new animation and was completely happy with everything. She then went on to break contract with Minor breaking what is in fact a Labor law against payment for work of Art created and in regard to payment for services by a MInor. She had has broke a management client contract and then violated all NDA policies by contacting another person and disrupting a Motion Picture when she is not apart , nor even in that industry and had got the information from the **** data base to contact and try to defame my character because she failed to make payments as agreed. Lure Entertainment was not under a Producer contract for ******** and was under contract for the art, She was in fact under a legal contract for management which requires a client to pay a percentage monthly. She had also had it explained numerous times that Lure was in Pre-production upon taking her projects in the first place and those projects had also got pushed to the front also and these were things that take time. It takes a good year to create a package for a client and we were about 7 months in to not only one project but two , with numerous other things that were not apart of the original agreement that had been added on to further help her career and help her in the future financially. She had in fact even ordered 6 of the shirts that had been placed in a store for a trial run on the store as far as distribution. Things take time. Lure has overly exceeded it's contract with Kem and any client it takes on. I have witnesses to what I do an the complete backing of industry associates on how hard I work for people with little appreciation for said work only complaints.

Kem F******'s Picture is displayed not because of being part of my team which has been explained. It is on the website from an Interview series she did to promote her book Publicly while under management and I did for her to be nice and the Interview series is called the ******* ***** which is a Global segment. I am not pulling the Interview. Lure Entertainment is a Media and Press Company. I run three different companies and she is aware of this. I have three Business licenses and I have never once misrepresented myself. There are certain services that have to run under different companies in the industry. She does not understand the industry. She has also contacted another person who I have a Full Motion Picture production going with and has done nothing but harassed me and defamed me since she broke her own contracts. She has contacted numerous people she has no involvement with what so ever and she still continues to harass me now. I am forwarded you my business licenses for all three companies and all contracts signed by Ms. F****** and I also have all the texts and emails stating how happy she was with all the work provided. She became upset when she did not want to cover her management fee and I do not work for free and then she broke a contract with a Minor regarding art for a rebrand of that book into a new version and an animation so I pulled it all because she does not have ownership of that Art and I have rebranded that Art into a new character. If the Harassment does not stop I will file charges through the courts and proceed with the fees owed on the contracts as well which I have not gone after her for and I could easily do so. I have had enough. There is more and I will email it directly to your office.

Daphne M*******, owner of Lure Entertainment has extorted weekly payments from me in connection with contracted services Daphne did not provide.  When I inquired about the progress of re-writing ******** *** *******...*** ***** ***** **, her answer was always:  "let me handle that"!  When asked about invoices that proved she was advertising the promotion of the revised:  ******** book; her cursing words was:  "I'm doing you a favor"!  "I could charge a lot more if I wanted to"!  The lies Daphne told about opening up a merchandise store with distributors from England who was supposedly handling production of the items with ******** brand printed on, such as Tee Shirts, cups, bookbags, etc.  She lied when I asked her the name of the distribution company from England.  Everything Daphne talked about was how much she needs to collect from me weekly but never letting me know what the money is going toward interviews and appointments she claimed she had with Paramount Pictures, ********** ****** ******** which I never heard any feedback from.  Daphne made excuses that the meetings were canceled. I would like her dealings exposed to the general public so they can be warned about her undercover tactics.

Daphne M of Lure Entertainment charged myself and my son ****** Pope almost $1,000 for headshots and 12 acting classes. The head shots are awful and he only did four of the the twelve acting classes. The acting classes were amateur at best and poorly ran. After the after pay was finally paid in full she dropped ****** and stopped including him into the acting classes therefore making him lose out on eight classes of what we paid for. The head shots were no better than elementary school pictures and unable to be used in any professional submission. Her reason for dropping him was because she started asking for more money and wanted an office fee for promoting purposes even though she failed to promote him or many of her clients

The classes were offered to ****** **** because he has NO training what so ever and I have a No refund policy for any services done by my business. I explained this to ********* and she was fine. She was also happy with the pictures and shared them everywhere Publically. As for ****** he was asked after I took him off my roster if he was going to continue with the classes and his response was NO. As for the reason I dropped him I had told him numerous times what he needed to do and he did not comply with anything I was saying to help him. Out of 6 classes he did one assignment and it was a week late. I give assignments weekly. I did not drop him because of money. He had a sarcastic comment about him not needing to be promoted so I explained to him that he did not need a manager if he could do it on his own. She is upset that i removed him from the role he was in on MY MOVIE. I will not put inexperienced actors in my movie. He didn't act like he wanted to be in this industry at all. He is young and from my opinion as a parent I believe it was being forced by his mother.I promoted him everywhere and even had him lined up for 2 more movies but once again Nobody in this industry will deal with inexperience. I am not debating this with this woman because she is mad about him losing the role. This industry is for the Thick skinned people and at this point I believe this is a witch hunt and slander at this point. i will not be giving any refund for services done when this issue is not why she is upset. Once again I have a No refund policy. It was also in a legal contract that they were to pay a monthly 20% of all grossed income in the contract which I did not want to take so i called a meeting with all my clients and they were all asked to pay a $50 fee a month because I didn't want to have to take their income which I can do because I have a legal contract. Everyone was fine with it.

I have several more items to send to show she misrepresents herself but it will only let me send so many. The contract and the heads shots and the acting classes are separate exactly as I stated. The classes and headshots are lumped together in one invoice. She did not provide any representation or promoting if ****** except for two post. There were no other movies lined up by her from him. She is trying to deflect the issue at hand by rambling I’m about we forced ****** into this which isn’t true. I have documentation of conversations between her and i about her needing to contact ****** to discuss schedules and assignments and not me. The main issue here and the reason for my BBB complaint is she failed to provide services that were paid on full for. We paid for acting classes of 12 she rendered four. We paid for headshots from her that we’re supposed to be professional but ending up being photos that we could not use for job submissions because they were not professional. Her movie doesn’t exist case in point she is now asking for money for it from a crowd funding site for donations. It has zero networks or studios interested in it. I have documentation showing how inappropriate her professional page is.she did try to solicit more money from ****** as an “office” fee for promotions of which she never provided. She is claiming she offered to do that instead of taking 20% of his gross income except he had no income coming in from her bookings, she didn’t get him any work so there for you can’t take 20% of zero so she asked for $50 a month. That’s where we as a family drew the line and says nope no more money. When he told her no more money her response was consider yourself off the roster which this exchange between the two went down just days after the final payment toward the acting classes went through which came from my checking account. We are glad she no longer represents ****** he now has a great acting coach and representation to be released in March. Thus claim is solely about services she failed to provide that we paid for. Once she dismissed ****** she never once offered the remainder acting classes. We paid for 12 he did for. We also paid for headshots that were unusable. At first she had us fooled until we tried to use them for work submission. If you need, I can send everything I have in an email. We are also filing a complaint with the actors guild.
