    Tech 24 was called out to repair two nut machines in July '23. They did work on both. One of the machines never worked after they left but we didn't know because it was a back up unit and wasn't needed Nov.

    In Nov. I requested service to fix a machine that they previously worked on that was still not working. Since this is a mobile site the machine and manager is not always on location and I was told I would receive a call to schedule a time. However a service technician showed up to work un announced. I called and tried to set an appointment and they told me they only set appointments for 8a. They said they understood why this didn't work for me and would rather call my cell first to make sure it was okay. Again a tech showed up unauthorized and I had to send him away as the equipment was not available.

    I called again and said I needed a set time and they couldn't just send ppl out whenever. I asked that I would not be charged for travel fee, or the techs time as they weren't authorized to come and they told me of course I wouldn't. This all took place in Nov of '23 and Jan of '24 then I finally called them and told them I would be finding a new company to look at the machine because they weren't listening and didn't do as they promised and said they were. The lady I talked to said they lost my cell and had been calling the store which isn't answered outside of a delivery window and was glad to close my account and not come back. At. that time I was told again there wouldn't be any charges and the matter was resolved of them fixing the machine they didn't fix in the first place. That was in Jan '24.

    In March '24 I received a bill for $318.86 stetting the tech showed up and was sent away. He wasn't authorized. I will attach the letter I sent to Tim J****** explaining this situation. He said it would be reviewed and taken care of. Only a new Bill was issued in April same amount new date. No word back from Tim.
