    Yesterday, on November 12th 2023, my friend and I visited Martino’s On Vine. We had horrible service and undercooked food and when we asked to talk to a manager the employee brought us the owner, Marty A*******, he came from the bar drunk. He started immediately yelling at us with no patience for our concern as customers, we couldn’t even get a sentence out. The owner started snatching all 3 of our leftover boxes out of my hands to throw them away. He stated that since the calzone in question was “comped”, by the waitress we “didn’t pay for it” and it needed to be thrown away, along with all of our boxes. Even though it wasn’t comped, the calzone was discounted and we still payed for it and all of the other foods at full price. But yet, he snatched it out of my hands and threw the calzone box away, leaving us with two boxes that we paid for. He then continued to get in my face and pointing his finger an inch from my face screaming at the top of his lungs at me all because I said “Are you serious?”. He then continued to scream vulgar cuss words at us in front of a restaurant full of people. Mr. A******* then proceeded to make a comment about my appearance on our way out. The employees and customers stood around watching while we were being humiliated for trying to make sure they knew their food wasn’t cooked all the way through. Shaken and traumatized doesn’t even begin to explain how we feel from this interaction. Between her meal and mine we spent $35.40. However, we do not care about the money that was spent here. We solely want to make sure that this never happens to anyone ever again. However, according to ****** and ******** reviews, situations like this have happened before. It is absolutely disgusting behavior as a business owner and does not need to be allowed to continue to happen.

    If I could give Martinos on Vine Zero Stars I would. The first and only time going into the bar, there was no bouncer. When we walked in a older man stopped us and walked us back to the entrance to have ID checked. Three men were at the front acting as bouncers, the man checking ID spent five minutes on each and always had a comment. We were a group of young women that were 21 or older so we felt intimidated. As I was getting my ID check, one of the bouncers aimed his phone to take a photo of me (We heard him say, "she just caught me taking her photo"). Once let in we immediately asked one of the bouncers if he took my photo, he claimed he did not know because he was on his phone but stated the man was the owner of the bar. We went straighter to the owner to confront him, he was defensive and claimed he did not know how to use his phone. We offered to assist him and found the photo. He again stated, I do not know how that got there but was unapologetic. We deleted the photo and left. The photo was taken to target women with a disability. We were disgusted by the management and this review is a warning that this bar has an unsafe environment. Again, 4 people witnessed it and we told two friends we were meeting at the bar. Once again, we are disgusted and justice will not be served until everyone is educated. Martinos on Vine lost possible consumers and apparent good review. Martinos does not need to apologize but needs to deeply understand they are different not other people and they should be ashamed. The owners name is ***** A*******, stop being different and be embarrassed for your ignorant behavior.
