            Improper installation of toilet rebuilt. 4 toilets in my house had their internals rebuilt. Install took place on 2-2-22. Just after the plumber left I took a video of the master bedroom toilet letting him know that when you flush it, it would continually run. The flap was not seeding properly. The plumber told me to call the office. I called the office on the same day and told them the toilets are continually running after flushing. Niesen took no action and then on 3-3-22 the Master toilet was flushed and became clogged and it started to continually run causing flooding of the master bathroom leaking to the floor below. The family room ceiling was damage and a ceiling fan was ruined. The bottom line is that a toilet should not continuously run, no matter the clog. Niesen has refused to help saying it was not their fault. I have pictures and videos as proof, plus phone records and video sent to them about the problem with the Master bedroom toilet problem.
