5 starsWe are new Guardian customers. original call was for carpenter bees and wasps. Dave came out for the first time about a week ago. not only did he take care of the bees but told us how to reduce the possibility of them coming back. the following weekend my wife was enjoying the deck and noticed a new wasp location. called Sherzinger on Monday, Dave was out yesterday and another issue with bees appears to be resolved. Dave not only has done an excellent job for us but is very personable; i enjoy talking with him when he is out. great customer service and personable technician is the perfect customer experience. ** *Scherzinger Pest Control

5 starsJeff is very professional and friendly. When he arrives at my house, he rings my doorbell and I am always greeted with a friendly face. He always informs me what he is going to do and asks me if I have noticed any other problems with insects that need to be addressed. He is very thorough and a hard worker. 5 starsToney is a wonderful technician. He always checks in with me and asks if there are any special concerns or problems, even when it is a scheduled service. He has returned on a number of occasions for special issues - e.g. yellow jackets trying to gain entry to the house. He is very thoughtful and resourceful in addressing various problems that come up. I was away from home - at a medical appointment on the last service date - but I am sure he would have talked with me about any concerns if I had been here. Always great.Scherzinger Pest Control
