5 starsFantastic customer service!!!!!! I have used them for years and they do a great job! I emailed them late last night that I was getting some bites from something and a few other concerns. BY 7AM I ALREADY HAD A REPLY and my expert, ***** came to the rescue that same morning.!!!! He addressed every single one of my concerns. It is just unbelievable to me that in this day and age where it seems like customer service is a thing of the past - to be treated this kindly and efficiently truly surprised me.He explained so many things to me that showed me I was completely mistaken with my theories of the problems. We have been getting bites and so has my dog and I was worried we had bed bugs or mites or something crazy. But, I feel so much better since ***** explained to me it was mosquitoes. I had no idea the tiny little knats that are everywhere are actually mosquitos!!!!! That has to be what has been torturing us all and I had no idea. He taught me about the mosquito plan that I did not know about. What I thought were termites were ants - relief! He also addressed my ant problem outside and scheduled a follow up. He set out mousetraps for me. He wiped down all of the windows - some of which are 20 feet high. I am very grateful and thanks to ***** I will be able to sleep tonight without worrying about bugs - real or imaginary!Review fromDebbie S

5 starsSo far, I am very satisfied with the service. ********* explained the products used, and how they were supposed to work on the specific problem. He did have to make a return visit, but he returned in a timely manner, and he explained why a return service is sometimes necessary to wipe out the yellow jacket queen. This particular issue (inside and outside) seems to be taken care of now, so I'm very happy. I look forward to continued pest control. Thank you!Scherzinger Pest Control

5 stars***** is knowledgeable and very helpful. I followed him around as he checked each bait station. He shared what he was looking for and why he was replacing some of the inside stuff on some of them. ***** is a keeper! I hope he will be able to continue checking for termite activity and keeping my home safe.Scherzinger Pest Control

5 starsWe live in the woods and decided to have the Guardian quarterly service and haven't ever regretted it. If anything pops up in the house or yard I call and they come out right away. Our house and family are protected.Scherzinger Pest Control
