    Love my Sheath cases?? They fit, feel and look great. The customer service was excellent by Sarah and Elizabeth. I am a repeat customer and a customer for life????????????

    Caudabe makes hands down the best cases on the market at a phenomenal price. I've dealt with their customer service team multiple times and it's always been an absolute delight. They really need to open up shop in ****** though.

    Been using Caudabe cases (the Sheath and the Veil) for 9 years, and they have been my go-to brand for cases. Have also had great experience with customer service, they have always been prompt and helpful. The quality and durability of their cases are top-notch! I have no need to even try other cases at this point, so when I upgrade my phone its always with a Caudabe case!

    Very strange that people have left bad reviews, I've been using Caudabe for a few years now with ZERO issues. I've purchased over 15 cases between my Phones and AirPods, and each one has shipped fast, and are incredibly well build! Definitely my favourite cases.

    To be honest I don’t agree with the prior reviews at all. Customer service was great for me. I got my complimentary sheath case for the ****** 15 Pro with the button cover after ordering the one without the cover. Both are great and feel very well made. Customer service took about 48 hours to respond to my email and they were very helpful with answering all my questions. I will be buying more cases in the future.

    I recommend that you do not buy from this company, as they have very poor customer service. No one answer the customer service phone and theres an extremely long delay in customer response via email. I ordered a iPhone ** *** Sheath case and the action button cover was not available. Caudabe issued a note on their site advising they would issue a complementary case with the action cover if you purchase by a particular date - I did that. I tried emailing Caudabe to ask for the case with no response. I later purchased an iPhon* ** *** *** and because I really liked the grey Sheath case for the iPhone ** *** *** I pre-ordered the case trying to give this company a chance. Still no response to my earlier email, at which time I changed my mind and decided to email Caudabe asking that my order be canceled. Caudabe had no problem charging my card immediately, but Im waiting for a email response advising that the order was canceled. This is very poor business by a company that sells a decent iPhone case. Its not worth the hassle for the cost you pay for the case and shipping.

    We want to be clear that we do our absolute best to ensure that customers are taken care of and are happy with their experience with us. We frequently will go above and beyond, even if that means an impact to our bottom line, just to make sure customers are satisfied. This was no exception. We responded to this particular customer multiple times, despite his claiming that there was no response. He even responded to our emails several times, so clearly our emails were getting through. But, most importantly, even though he's changed his order multiple times, we've given him the opportunity to exchange his order without much of a hassle. Our returns/exchange process is incredibly easy as we work with a company called Happy Returns to utilize very simple and fast returns via drop-offs at ************ and ******s stores nationwide. No labels need to be printed and the product doesn't even have to be re-packaged. While we understand that during very busy times like these, our response time may be slower than we'd like, it's patently false that we haven't been receptive to this customer's requests. We absolutely should not be penalized in this instance. For every customer who files a complaint like this, there are many more who are happy and just never get heard. We're happy to provide additional insight should you need it.

    After placing my order for a case, I changed my mind about the iPhone model I wanted. I reached out to the support team at Caudabe expecting the exchange process to be the same as other companies and take ages. That was not the case here! I received a reply in no time, and it was the easiest exchange I have ever done! I ordered the Sheath and a Glass screen protector, they are amazing products plus the customer support team was extremely friendly, quick to reply, and very helpful making this a great experience.
    Highly recommend!!
