Purchased ** **** ******* Upon driving it home that day noticed a noise and clunk. I live hour away and tried to call several times to let them know. Never got through and no call back. then had a friend look at it and underneath looked like it had sat in water and full of mud. I couldnt get through and left several messages. Finally after having to drive it like that I just wanted for them to put me in something else. They said they would trade in but wouldnt credit the 9000$ down payment. Found out after 7 times in there service that u joints were bad. And driveshaft and phasers. If they did the inspection they claim to do they clearly would have heard the problem. The only reason I didnt when I test drove it was because they had it started and greased the yoke so it temporarily doesnt appear to have any issues. Ive now taken it to another dealer today and the problems still exist. They hopefully can fix it. I just wanted a different truck or even a new one but they literally have not called or returned my calls only service but service guy was going to have his mgr call and never heard a word til this day.

********,I am sorry to read about the frustration that you have experienced with your truck! As a family-owned company, it's very important to us that we do our very best to help all of our customers. I met with the General Sales Manager on your situation, and he filled me in that we've done everything possible to make the numbers work on a trade for you. He let me know that we couldn't get the numbers to a point that you were comfortable with. I also met with the Service Manager and was informed that although we have inspected your truck multiple times, we have been unable to duplicate your concerns.I realize that you have your truck at another dealer for a second opinion. However, I would be more than happy to work with them or call **** engineering on your behalf. Please email me directly if there is anything else I can do to help you in this situation! ********************* General Manager Beechmont Ford ***********************

***** we are very sorry that you feel that way. We are a family-owned company and we believe in serving our customers with honesty and transparency. We did speak to your salesperson and he said that he acknowledged your rubbing concern, and explained to you that it would be corrected. We have since verified and corrected that concern. He also mentioned that you were under the impression that the RETRO two-tone was painted on. We chose vinyl so that the future owner had the ability to further customize/change the look. If you reference our BFP Retro F-150 page, we do a full walkaround of two retro trucks and disclose that the two-tone look is accomplished with a vinyl wrap. We also mention that the trucks have vinyl on all of our ********* *********, and ******* advertisements. Again, we are very sorry that you left disappointed! We would love to work something out for you. Please give me a call at ************ ** **** or send an email to ****************.com to discuss further. I'll do everything possible to help! I have had the worst luck at beechmont ford. My 2016 ford escape had transmission issues at 32,000 and 36,000 miles and the service advisors accused me of driving with both feet. I finally gave up and it took 60,000 miles but the transmission finally died. Had to have it towed, and cost me $5400 to have it rebuilt. It still is not ok. They drove it for 30 minutes and swear that there is nothing wrong with it. I am over that place and the ****** , rude service

Our team has done our very best to assist you each time you have visited. After the transmission was rebuilt, you brought the vehicle back for a drivability concern. We assigned the vehicle to our *****certified transmission technician for inspection. He verified that the vehicle was driving and shifting as intended by the manufacturer. This was done at no charge. We explained that although we didn't find an issue, we could do a computer reset to be safe, this offer was declined. On another occasion, there was a skid plate underneath the vehicle that was loose. We inspected and corrected that issue at no charge. Although we are unable to duplicate your concerns at this time, please feel free to bring your vehicle back at any time when the concern is present for reassessment!
