    On 5/19/23 I had my **** towed to Infiniti of Cincy for service. I was contacted by **** a few weeks confirming the suspected issue of transmission failure and that it was covered by my warranty. I, then contacted by **** about an additional repair of an axle they found and was assured that it was covered under warranty as well. On 06/18/2023, I contacted my warranty company and was notified that the additional repair wasn't covered and then contacted **** at Infiniti who stated he thought it would be covered per adjustor who came out to appraise the repair. Due to this discrepancy, I did not pick my vehicle up until 09/23. After about a week my **** starting exhibiting the same issue. I contacted **** and he informed me I could bring the car in that day. After taking the **** in and test driving it he informed me that the **** would need to be left. He also verified it was difficult for the car to gain speed as well as there was a transmission code. I am very appreciative that he did provide a loaner even though he informed me I did not qualify. On 10/24/23 I was contacted by **** and was told that they found the problem, he gave me the price of a little of $ 100 and informed me that the repair would take about an hour. I asked him can he assure me that that this was the issue and he did, stated he saw had saw this in QX60s. I informed him that I could not pick up until that Saturday, which I did. Upon pick up the check engine light was finally off and issues seemed to have been resolved as assured. About a week later same issues occurred and I returned on 11/6. At this time, **** provided a bit of a different diagnosis and stated the warranty would cover the engine but not a 3k harness. He did say they could cut all the lights off on the car, which he did. Due to all of this I reached out to customer service and was provided with a contact of ***. I called *** on 11/10 and finally spoke with *** on 11/14 with no resolution. I contacted ****** auto group (corporate) twice and spoke with Ashley who stated she would reach out to the dealership. I have not been contacted. This is poor poor customer service and they made over 6k and my car has the same issues it had back in May and really not safe to drive. The sad part is they contact to ask you how you experience went and then do nothing to rectify the poor customer service experience.

    Just an awful, awful experience. Speaking of the service station specifically, they are extremely incompetent and unethical. They lied to me and charged me $3500 to fix a problem they were confident they had found the source of. They told me the car would go another 80k miles. The car developed the same issue within 5k miles, and all of the sudden it was a different problem that they wanted thousands more to fix. They accepted no responsibility and just kept lying to my face. Just please be aware when using this dealership.
