      "Stay away from Western & Southern Life, Cashing out a policy is a nightmare with this company, Started process on 9/30/2025 on 04/14/2026 a rep has informed that they puttin a rush on my cash out that should arrive around the end of the month been at this point before, So to the CEO Mr REMOVED REMOVED you must pass down the order to do anything possible to keep the policy holder on the hook when they try to cash out.       "File on a cancer policy by Western Southern life sign release of information and listed all info requirements and returned, received and email from company needing more information name address and all medical records related to procedures in other words after paying into this cancer policy for 20 + years they want the policy holder to do all the leg on gathering everything need and forward to their company, My fix for this issue fro western southern do the work in securing all records needed and pay out on my policy or pay my fees for work provided in gathering information they already have." ...
