- Non Sale Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Items purchased on Sale or Clearance are sold "As Is" and are non refundable No Warranty. No returns, refunds or exchanges without original receipt. Refunds on checks require a 10-day clearance period. Live plant returns must be within 3 days of original purchase in original condition. Trees and Shrubs installed by the customer will be replaced once at 50% of the purchase price or we will give a store credit for any plant that fails within 1 year. We shall NOT be responsible for more than the original purchase price of the plant NOR for mechanical damage, injury from freezing, drought, insect damage OR customer negligence. We give NO guarantee on the productivity or bloom of any plant.
