1 starThis company seems to be in the business of collecting premiums and not paying out claims. My claim was investigated by the police, people were found gulity and prosecuted yet Great American Insurance Company will not pay the claim. What a joke. 1 starI had broken my tooth in three places causing bone loss from an order of chicken wings that I had attempted to eat at ************* in ******, **. The chicken wing had something round and metal that shouldn't have been in the meat. I contacted Domino's and they told me "We don't offer refunds. They didn't have time to continue talking to me and I need to contact their headquarters." I then contacted my dentist and scheduled a next day morning urgent visit. I went to my dentist and I was referred to an Ortho surgeon in *********. I found out that they they would have to remove my tooth and place an implant to replace that tooth. The cost of consultations and surgery is not cheap. I was told it would cost over $8k with continued adjustment for the rest of my life. I then contacted Domino's HQ'd in *********, ** via phone, email, bot communication. I could never get a hold of any human. Four days later I was given a response via email from a ***** ****** in ******** who mentioned that all the fees would be paid and that I should send all documents to him after filing a claim. I started the process and was later contacted by a newly hired DM ***** ******* in my area. She said someone would contact me and would like all documents to handle this case. It sounded promising. I was told an attorney was going to contact me. This "Great American Insurance" company was not an attorneys office that contacted me. The insurance agent **** ****** was not warming and continued to interrogate me via phone about my claim. She also stated that she lived in the area. Which was untrue.I am stating this information because people need to know about false claims and unpaid claims that Dominos and Great American Insurance places. They are both at fault for the damages and should be held liable for pain and suffering. I will continue to post until something is done. One more thing, Great American Insurance has sent all letters to an address that I hadn't lived at in a year.Great American Insurance Company

As you still continue to disprove my accusation and knowledge of what I have had to endure I will need the copy of my receipt which I was told could not be provided to me because that was impossible to produce from the Dominos establishment. How your company was able to obtain it is still a mystery to me as I have not received that assistance. I will pursue damages that was caused by the food from Dominos chicken and these damages did not occur on its own. I have researched your company and have noticed that you refuse to give claims to people on a regular basis. You may treat me as uneducated but believe it when I say you and Dominos will pay for wasting my time and effort to making this damaged caused to be right. 1 starIf you are trucking company, try to avoid brokers insured with them. They will come up with any excuse not to pay the claim. They refuse to pay $5200 claim on brokers bond insurance. Dont work with them ! I hope karma will catch up with them.Review fromJesse T

1 starA terrible company for sure. I lost my Thoroughbred to a vet reported case of colic. Because I was unable to follow their claim instructions to a T during a traumatic rxperience with debilitating grief, my claim was denied. I insured my horse in the event he died...he did die., There are always extenuating curcmstances to any life matter but they didn't care. Vet report didn't matter to them at all. I could understand if there was something fishy regarding his death, but I was 100% honest and case was clear cut. Beware of their Equine death policies. I would never use them for anything. This thing hurt me deeply and one I wont get over for a long time.Great American Insurance Company

In 2021 I placed a perfectly good sectional couch in smart storage In 2023 I went to get the couch out of storage at that point in time In 2023 I went to get the couch out of storage at that point in time I saw that my furniture was molded When I place my items in storage There was no mold The insurance company You said that they will not cover the damage to my couch because it is mold they can see where Because of weather issues Where There is mold The insurance company says that they will not cover the insurance policy because their building Did not cause the mold weather conditions caused the mold . My problem here is that the person that decided that they were not paid the insurance policy what did that to me they see where it's there fault that my I was with damaged in there care but seeing that it wasn't because they building Then what was the purpose of the insurance if the building has to burn down before they cove the damage only !Great American Insurance Company

1 starDo NOT trust ********* with your items. Do NOT trust this insurance company they have contracted out. Not only have I lost thousands of dollars worth of stuff due to their negligence, but I have been repeatedly PAYING for them to ruin my items and not provide a single solution.I have a storage unit in ************, ******* that I rented out once I moved out of college this past May. I left my items to this unit for 2 months before checking back in as I planned on moving. After two months, I came to a storage unit that had been flooded several inches above the ground. All of my items were water damaged, molded, mildewed, and crawling with bugs. I was told to take pictures and videos as evidence and took hundreds because of the severity of the damage. Upon filing a claim, I was given instruction to detail every damaged item with receipts (which is a near impossible task as receipts were discarded, damaged in the unit, or didn't exist as items were given as gifts.) This meant absolutely nothing as the insurance company claimed there was no coverage for "mold", After weeks, I finally got to have a conversation with Chase S*****, a representative of Great American Insurance Group, that detailed that water damage is only covered if it comes from the roof. No floods, standing water, or any other type of water damage was covered.On top of this, I was still regularly being billed by *********. I was told to leave my items in the unit as the claim was being resolved in case they needed further evidence, so my items, for MONTHS have been sitting in a hot, damp, container, gradually getting worse. ********* told me that they don't reimburse the storage unit monthly fee so in all, I've been paying for almost half a year for them to damage my items and do nothing about it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE FOR ANY OF YOUR BELONGINGS. They do not care, are not willing to help, and will charge you for their negligence. 1 starThis Is Absolutely The Worst Of The Worst Insurance Company.. My Vehicle was In the shop for 4 weeks. I had the rental for more then 10 days my rental **** was $1,800 and this company send me a check for $200. For a Reimbursement for car rental.. My Car Had Multiple Damage front end and rear. They wouldnt cover my front end parts for my front suspension when the body shop submit the damage on the claim. So I had to buy my own parts and pay the labor cost on my own and then submitted my claim again for the reimbursement and they telling me that the damage was not from accident.. I want to know how can you determine something like that when you guys not the one working on the car .. this Bodyshop ******** Auto is a very good shop they not going to lie for me or the insurance company they are the company thats working on my car and they told me the insurance company didnt want to cover the front end work . So I submitted my claim for $670 in parts and $630 in labor and you telling me you not going to reimburse me for this..but they changed out my radiator and my AC compressor from the front end damage and front bumper and everything else. How can you run into the back of a truck @ 50 mph and not damage your front end suspension.. make it make sense, I need you all to show me that one.. if you not going to fix my car the right way , why you didnt just total the car out .. and let that be the end of it?
