              Myself and a dedire in recovery set up a payment plan to allow me to keep possession of my vehicle. I explained the payment plan does not make sense because it doesn’t allow me to actually make smaller payments instead I’m being made to make huge payments every few days. When I explained to her that this was not a relief program at all instead it makes the situation worse she disregarded my claim completely and has been calling myself and anyone listed as references repeatedly harassing them and me for payment. I receive at least 15 calls a day and two emails. All are hostile with bullying intent. I requested a new person to work with and was ignored. At this point I feel completely harassed even though I am trying to reach a solution in which both parties benefit. Instead I’m harassed daily and threatened with repossession. I have been denied my right to speak with a superior and to make any accommodations to solve the issue. I feel personally threatened by diedre and would like someone else to handle my account going forward.
