    Jonle has installed two ************ for me over a 30 year period, the most recent less than a year ago. I shopped 4 companies and pricing and warranty was important and excellent with Jonle but the number one reason I chose Jonle was that they employ the best technicians. Theyve always been excellent. Theyre professional and conscientious. They also say good things about the owner and how well theyre taken care of. As long as the technicians are good and taken care of Ill stay with Jonle.

    I have trusted Jonle for more than 40 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the sales team and all the technicians that have come to my homes for all those many years.

    Very efficient when the technician came to the house he found a problem the switch he showed us the switch and asked us what we wanted to do and of course we wanted it fixed. They were very kind prompt

    Excellent experience today, 6/6/25. Technician, *****, arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the components of our air conditioner that needed replacing. Had previously used this company for a furnace replacement years ago and had been equally impressed with their workmanship. Would strongly recommend them.

    These folks are the best!! Responsive, professional, competent, and just great good people!!

    Wensday before Christmas my furnance goes out, I'm out of town so my daughter calls me and tells me the problem .
    I told her what to look for...... The igniter was not firing so I told her to take it out and clean it. Well she broke it , a $10 part. Long story short I get a bill from Jonle for $383. $99 for the service call and $284 for a $10 part.
