    Called Help at approximately 8:30pm on a Sunday, for a sewer line backup. They responded by 10:00pm and had resolved the issue by 11:00pm. There service was professional and fast. They are the company I will call in the future with all my plumbing needs.

    It was an emergency when my bathroom overflowed. They came out and ran a camera into the main pipe. They decided to clean out the pipes to the main trunk. However, they only went about 10-12 feet into the pipe. I wish they would have gone further because of the amount of time since this was cleaned out before. I'm afraid it will over flow again because it wasn't cleaned out further because I think it was frozen. I wish they would come back out and continue through more of the pipes.

    Last week we knew our heating system was off. Help came out late early evening. Stayed 2 1/2 hours just to charge us $710.00 for a $50.00 ( as quoted by our NEW HVAC repair man), pressure switch plus all these other red flags in our system. Well a week later we are having the same issue!!! We were bombarded and pushed into joining their, "club", to save us $. It was a scam and we felt because we were vunerable....no heat, that we were taken advantage of. I reached out to management and also got a *** text to try to smooth out our poor experience. They were not transparent on the part cost when I specifically ask their wholesale cost to them., It could have been fixed in less than 30", and it cost them any further business in the future... as well as a new HVAC system when and if needed. Why do they need to take advantage of good Americans??? I would not recommend this company to anyone!! Maybe at one point the mission of this company was to SERVE the Cincinnati area....but, obviously it's about screwing us all instead! So very disappointed in this FAMILY RUN Company!!! Fell free to contact me anytime about my personal experience with this SO Called Company that DOES IT ALL!!
