  I choose Help because their technicians are very knowledgeable. They take the time to speak to you about the services they are providing and answer your questions in plain English. They are friendly and respectful of you and your property. They wear protective shoe coverings and ask if you want them to wear a mask. I appreciate them so much. I call them also because they are reliable and reasonably priced.

  Perry was the technician for the yearly checkup on our air conditioner.
  He was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.
  Asked me if I had any questions he could answer for me.
  Gave the AC a clean bill of health for another year.
  Help, helped as usual.
  A company is only as good as the employees that work for them, and they do seem to hire the best.

  They sell you the illusion of top service, but at the end of the day you simply pay more for the same "Chuck in a Truck" type service.
  We paid $20k for a new HVAC system, and we did so knowing that we were overpaying, because we wanted to use a top local provider. Average cost of a new unit is $12K. We paid almost twice that.
  HELP was impressive when they were making the sale, but as soon as we signed for the install, it has been all down hill. Terrible communication, installation team shows up whenever the want and comes and goes without communicating. They will stay in your home until midnight if you don't kick them out.. but nothing gets done.
  They've been to our home 3 times and we still don't have a working unit. We repeatedly have to call the office to schedule another visit to finish the install because they keep leaving without finishing the job, and they tell us someone will be back, but then nobody ever comes. Or somebody comes and pokes around for 5 minutes and then leaves without saying anything.
  Also, they sold us a new water heater as part of this exorbitant package.. then forgot they had to install it. We had to call them back to install that separately..
  This company puts on the illusion of top service at a top price, but all you really get is the same shoddy service you would get from any local handyman type, but you pay twice as much for the priveledge.

  Water in basement from a backed up drain. Very good assessment of problem and developed a good plan. Came back the next day with another technician to continue to assess the problem. Did get things working before leaving on his first visit Both technicians were friendly and professional and worked efficiently.

  Our air conditioning stopped working yesterday evening. I called for Help at 4:30 AM. Jacob arrived at 9:00 AM and immediately identified the problem. He is coming back for Spring Tune Up later this month.
