    My wife and I have owned our house for a month and had a main drain backup twice. We called them out to auger and then the second time auger again 3 weeks later and scope. They ended up telling my wife that we had roots in our pipes and would need to do a $3000 Aqua Scrub to get rid of them. When we tried to have the city come out they wanted video evidence and then HELP was called to ask for pictures of the scope. Never recieved a call back. We then went to get a second opinion on the roots. ******* came out to scope our pipe. We have no roots what so ever in our pipes. Thank God we did not pay for that $3000.

    Thomas J**** installed a new toilet, shut-off valve, and supply line efficiently and quickly. He told me what he needed to do, which included turning off the water supply to the house temporarily. When he left, everything was back the way it was before he came.
