    Jake C**** did our annual plumbing inspection. Nice fellow, explained everything he was doing and suggested things for us to consider. He seems to really know his stuff.

    A plant I had on a windowsill fell into the sink. It had tiny rocks in the soil clogged up my garage disposal. I thought that I was going to need a new garbage disposal. The repair man worked on it until he was able to clean all of the rocks out. I was really surprised he could have easily claimed I needed a new garage disposal. Theres not too many honest workers or businesses anymore. I will definitely HELP again.

    Donovan was a true MVP service was exceptional from the beginning as soon as he got out of the truck, the introduction to the diagnosis to explaining the various programs and options to the actual breakdown and installation one word exceptional after the installation Donovan thoroughly cleaned up to the point that there was no evidence that we had pipework done and a toilet replaced Donovan was so detail oriented, especially when he showed me about how to use the various shut off valves what they do and where they originate down to when he took my payment again, one word, exceptional

    I called Help when my AC stopped working. They came out and did a diagnostic review and told me I needed a new motor. I paid the $89 for the review. I checked and my AC parts were under warranty. They never quoted me a price to put in a new motor. The motor was covered so no cost to me and Help gets reimbursed. The technician was here the 2nd day for an hour and I was charged $470. Originally he quoted me $750 but when I pushed back he said that he looked at the rate card wrong. He asked me if the manager had quoted me a price and I told him no. I called the office to have the manager call me to discuss why 1 hours worth of work was $470 and he never called back to discuss. I would make sure you get a quote prior to work done as I was thinking with labor only it would be max $200. They also get $160 back for the motor. I would not recommend HELP!!! My issue is quote me first and then I will decide if it's the service I want.

    Quinlan with HELP Plumbing did a fantastic job on installing a new water line & service valve. He also helped educate me on my water quality and options to consider that would improve the longevity of the plumbing and fixtures throughout my house. I highly recommend Quinlan and his work.
