            Finishing Touches refinished all the floors on my first floor from March 22 to April 1, 2021. They did a beautiful job. However during the process, the crew threw away the bannister and spindles from my kitchen into my step down family room. I realize it was an error, but I need to get the bannister and spindles replaced, and I feel it is their responsibility to cover the expense . I have attempted to contact Joe Sauter via phone and text and have not been able to connect with him. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide.

            I have worked with this company on three different occasions. All have been completely satisfactory. They provided a timely quote. They showed up when they said they would be here. Their installation was done quickly. They completely cleaned up after they were finished. The finished result was six beautiful floors. There was one very small area where the finish pooled and left a raised area. I called and they were here within a few days and completely fixed the area. It was perfect. My dining room had existing hardwood. We wanted it in the kitchen also. They put the new hardwood in and joined the two rooms so that you couldn't even tell it hadn't always been that way. They put new wood in our family room and refinished the wood in the living room and two bed rooms. We had them put in new floors in the kitchen and dining room of our church's parsonage. All work was outstanding. I would HIGHLY recommend this company."
