Warranty policy: 
We will come out and diagnose anyissue in question during a WARRANTY PERIOD at NO CHARGE. 
If the issue is warranty repairs willbe made, or parts will be ordered if needed.
IF THE ISSUE IS NON-WARRANTY.  WE WILL QUOTE PRICE FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.

All warranties coverONLY parts replaced and labor associated with those parts.  We cannot warrant old/existing parts that arenot replaced at the time of service.

IF WE MISSED A BAD PART, OR PARTGOING BAD, WE WILL CHARGE ONLY FOR THE PART AND LABOR TO REPLACE THATPART.  NO SERVICE CALL WILL BECHARGED.  SO, THE BILL WILL BE THE SAMEAS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN IF WE HAD MADE THE SAME REPAIRS THE PRIOR TRIP. (NOADDITIONAL COST TO HOMEOWNER).

New Door installation:
Manufacturer’swarranty on door and hardware. (varies by product)
1-year laborunless otherwise noted.
No warrantyon old opener reconnected to new door.

Opener Installation:
Manufacturer’swarranty on motor, parts and accessories. (varies by product)
1-year laborunless otherwise noted.
No warrantyon old door connected to new opener.
No warrantyon safety sensor alignment.

Spring Replacement:                                                                          5 Years parts and labor.
Cables, hinges otherhardware replaced etc.:                              1-year parts and labor.
Electronic partsreplacement:                                                          1-year parts and labor.
General Maintenance:(no parts):                                                   90 days labor.

Old worn out doors oropeners with recommendation of replacement:
No warranty.  Credit50% of service call to new door or opener purchased within 90 days.  No credit for parts installed on door/openerif installed against our recommendation.
