I would like for people to be aware of this company, Fern *************** From my understanding they provide services for exhibitors of ***** ***** Expos. This is how I learned of this company. I am a small business owner and I sale body butters; I paid *** to have my products shipped from MI to ********* for the ***** ***** Expo (another scam). My products were received without incident. Prior to flying to *********, I continued to receive emails from Fern ************** offering their services. The last day of this Expo I thought to use Fern ************** since they were in the convention center where the Expo was held. I gave them an open credit card for them to ship four boxes of my merchandise back to MI. I placed a bright pink note on all four sides of each box please keep in a cool place. Instead of Fern ************** either keeping my merchandise in a cool place or informing me before I left the Expo that they were not able to accommodate me they accepted my merchandise. It took over 2 weeks to receive three of my boxes and to-date (2 months later) I have not received my fourth box. Fern ************** destroyed all my merchandise over $9,000 worth of goods. Fern ************** never gave me an explanation of where and what happened to my fourth box that was worth over $2,800 instead they offered to pay me for my damages of $283.50.The three boxes that were returned to me were destroyed, instead of storing my boxes in a cool place they sat my boxes in the hottest place they could find. My body butters melted through the boxes so badly that Fern ************** employees placed my original boxes in plastic bags and then placed them in another box and the third box was replaced with another box. After continued emails; filing a complaint Fern ************** indicated I did not take out additional insurance. Fern ************** never offered additional insurance; therefore, this was not an option. Also, they passed the issue onto a carrier PGL; which they say this company was responsible for my belongings. My contract was with Fern ************** and all emails came from Fern *************** I want other people to be aware of this company and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. They will destroy your products, lose your products and willing to pay less than 1% of the damages they have caused you. This company also, charges $218 for use electricity that does not belong to them. The electricity is provided by *************************** and Fern ************** charges exhibitors $218 to use the ****************************** This was my red-flag that I should not have done any business with this company. Consumer beware
