    Ordered a rim for my car. When it arrived it was the right box. I opened and got tire mounted but it was incorrect lug pattern. Never put on a vehicle got tire taken off and returned in original package. They received and said it was severely damaged. Was in pristine condition when shipped back. They sent me pictures and it is not the rim I sent back. Lug holes have wear and it was never put on car. I said it had to been damaged in shipping if it was the rim and they said it didn’t matter either way because it had a valve stem in it and it was used so they couldn’t refund because they couldn’t sell it as new. If the correct part was shipped in box it would never been a problem. They had no remorse and would not try to come to an agreement of any source! Then charged me $15.00 to ship back!

    Hello,

     

    This complaint was submitted by the customer, after we informed them of our return policy and provided them with pictures documenting our claims. 

    This customer returned a wheel to us, that 1) had a valve stem put in it 2) had been mounted to a tire 3) was visibly damaged on the face and we followed our return policy (Posted below) by charging a 100% restocking fee. While we do this to avoid loss, we always offer the wheel back to the customer. We offered the wheel back to the customer and asked that they pay a flat S&H cost of $15.00. This was paid and we returned the wheel to the customer. 

    The customer claims we sent the incorrect item. The item that was returned to us was verified to be the correct item. Our returns team matched the part number on the box, and the specs stamped on the back of the wheel to the item description on Amazon where the customer purchased their item. The customer denied this confirmation saying it was not what they returned, but we also took a picture of the return shipping label on the box, which matched the name on the Amazon order. There will be pictures of the return, as well as the tracking number showing we did in fact ship the wheel back. FedEx Tracking* ************ - this was delivered back to the customers residence on 4/12/2024.

    If the product is defective upon delivery, we ship product different than what was ordered, or there are fitment problems due to our mistake, we will replace the item at no additional cost to the buyer.

    If the product is returned for any other reason, we will refund the purchase price less a Restocking Fee of $100 or 20%, whichever is less, and the buyer must pay return shipping. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging (for example, original stickers on tires). Wheels and tires must not have been mounted or they cannot be returned. Wheels must be test fitted before having tires mounted. No returns on wheel & tire packages unless we made a mistake. If you don't verify the fitment with us, then you assume full responsibility for the fitment. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    All returns must be preauthorized - contact us for a return authorization.
