    I have been in the most frustrating standoff with this company for the past month or so.

    In late September/early October, I made two orders. One was for the Halloween bundle and the other was for the Black Mini backpack. Both were in stock at the time. Neither had movement, so I sent support an email. Suddenly, just the Amok Amok Amok bag and the backpack were out of stock, despite being able to make the order. I patiently waited, received my sweatshirt and button from the bundle, and that was it.

    I reached out again after they failed to update as promised. Same thing. Out of stock for the Amok Amok Amok bag with no known restock date and now the Black Mini is a preorder.

    I reached out this most recently time after the Halloween bundles were completely removed from the site. I requested to swap the color since it was no longer in stock. They corrected me by saying it was in stock. I told them I would keep the bag then. At 4 in the morning, they emailed me saying it's no longer in stock. So, I went forth with changing the color out to a Ready to Ship color I agreed and they said they would get back with me on shipment very soon. Days pass with no update, so I just check in. Suddenly, there was a technical issue on their end but no fear! They'll get it fulfilled very soon! And guess what? Again, no updates over a week later! I checked in one last time for an update. Nothing. It seems like I've been ghosted or the thread has been broken, but if I start over, I'm back at square one all over again.

    I normally have a lot of patience and empathy with retail and product fulfillments, but they have no problems constantly pushing out social media posts and advertisement emails of sales and products shipping within the week, so that's why I keep trying to check in on my order that's now well over a month in processing. That's what they recommend to other people in comments on their socials too.

    I made purchases for 3 items totaling around $150 from this company on September 20th, one item had a pre-order date for September/October. The website says this timeframe will be honored even if changes are made to the item listing on the website. October ends and the item has since been restocked. I ask if my bag will be shipped separately since it was restocked. I was told my entire order will ship when a DIFFERENT item from my order is ready in October/November. Okay, fine. NOW I’m being told my entire order will ship when that first original item comes back in stock again in February/March - since my ENTIRE order has to be in stock at the same time before it ships. So I requested a cancellation for one of the items to be refunded, thinking my other item would ship once it becomes available since it would no longer be dependent on the other item. I have yet to hear back with confirmation. It’s been 4 days. This is untrustworthy and giving signs of a scam to constantly push customers orders out by MONTHS and MONTHS without a guaranteed timeline for shipping. Policies are not being honored and items are not being received. And now, cancellations and emails are being ignored.

    Never received any product from the three orders I've placed. Ive commented on social media. Emailed several times, stopped in the store. Only received one refund of the three

    I pre-ordered a purse that is advertised as fitting a ****** **********, which I own, as well as other essentials that one would need in a purse. The purse is called the luxe. Mine includes my ****** in its special pocket and then a small wallet, a *********, two keys, and my phone this purse will not close when I have all of those items in there, which is exactly how it was advertised. I tried to tough it out, but realized that this purse was never going to work for me since I could not close it, I reached out to the business and they refuse a refund saying it is not a faulty bag, which I do agree with it is not faulty, it is falsely advertised, and I am entitled to a Refund
