    Tried to schedule an appointment for my daughter, who was happily going to pay upfront for dental services (or use ********** if needed), and a person rudely told me that they cannot accept her as a new patient because she currently has ******** insurance coverage. There are zero dentists in Cincinnati that accept Ohio Medicaid insurance! I will be telling all family, friends & neighbors to avoid this dentist due to this horrible phone call with this office person. They Do Not want new patients here!

    Had a really bad experience at Colleen Tepe Dentist yesterday, went for a cleaning which usually costs about $225, but this time it was $397, and I was told that I needed to come back for second appointment which would be another $200, said my teeth were unusually bad; Checked typical cost for teeth cleaning in Cincinnati and it is $200-$250. I was with the hygenist for 38 minutes but was told I was at the end of the appointment time....Really? When I am with a client, we finish the job. It usually takes about an hour to an hour 15...$600 to clean teeth???
