      I want the world to know that you cannot trust Blinds Plus to uphold the sales pitch they had and to service the products they sell.  In addition to having to take my blinds down to the Blinds Plus service center in the back side of Norwood where the roads are worse than any road in Ohio and you feel like you’re going into some landfill area. Blinds Plus sold **** Blinds as the “best thing going” in their terms which now appears to be a closely linked subsidiary of ****** Blinds with a warranty that excludes normal wear and tear, in addition to a long list of other exemptions that make the warranty worthless.  I contacted the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the Window Covering Manufacturers Association which claim that Blinds Plus is misinterpreting the rules they are citing.  Where will I be able to get any service for this $8000.00 worth of blinds?  Does Blinds Plus care about their customers?  Who would buy anything from Blinds Plus knowing this?  Blinds Plus should fix the blinds for the lifetime of use in our home for at least twenty years or give me the string and the training to do it myself.
