Refund and Exchange Policy
If a student cannot attend his/her scheduled course we request that they notify a member of APTSI-OH at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of said course.  If a student notifies a member of APTSI-OH at least twenty-four(24) hours then we shall offer the student the choice to reschedule the course for a later date or receive a refund for their registration fee only.  No refunds for other expenses such as lodging, travel, etc.  If a student fails to show up for their course then that student forfeits their registration fee and no refund will be issued.
