I purchased a used car in 2013 from Jake Sweeney with a warranty I paid my payments on time. The car was having transmission issues I took it in to get serviced they informed me I would have to purchase a rental pay my car payments and pay whatever amount the warranty didn't cover. I explained to them I couldn't afford to do that. I returned the car the man cursed me out and told me I couldn't run from my social. 30 days later I had a default judgment against me. 10 years later I'm still paying on a car that is worth 1995.00 brand new I initially owed 2000.00 I have paid over 7000.00 dollars and Matt S**** is garnishing my check again it's so embarrassing going to different jobs and trying to make it in my daily life but have to pay for years because I was trying to be a responsible adult and build my credit. It has scarred me for LIFE! I have barely been able to make ends meet because of this garnishment and I have to literally file bankruptcy because of this one thing so I can move forward with my life just to have extra money. I'm writing this to get some clarity because for ten years on and off I've been dealing with this and everytime I ask what do I need to close it I don't hear anything but I always receive garnishments at EVERY job I've been at only to keep me from taking care of my family in the end. I'm writing a review because I've never got clarity on this situation because the only response I've ever received made me feel like I was wrong for wanting the car fixed and I have been paying for that for a long time now.
