      To you all who want to be a Green Dot customer RUN RUN
      And the reason why I tell you this because I was a Green Dot customer for over 3 years I know that they are crooks and thieves on top of that I sent for my birth certificate I paid twice but I only got one payment back Green Dot stole the second one and when they do maintenance service that cash back allowance that you see that you be getting back when they do that maintenance service they steal from that too so to let you know that's what they did to me not only once but twice so I'm telling people do not get Green Dot cards they are a scam they are not there to help you take it from a formal Green Dot card holder

      I have a Walmart MoneyCard Debit ending in #9336 that I have funds on $264 which was $315 but though the card had been blocked this agency is still taking monthly fees out of it The company let me be hacked I still want the card unblocked or refunded I've sent information asked for time snd time again to an Email given and talked to Reps on phone still no unblock or refund!!! Beware to everyone else who has a card from them GreenDot

      I bought a Go Green Dot pay card so I could use it for my son. It wouldn't let me register it at first. Once I was about to do so the cars was blocked. I wasn't aware you would need to be 18 or older, however, you would think they would be able to unblock the card and put it in my name, but they said they couldn't. After reading others complaints, I'm so glad I didn't put more than 20 bucks on it. What a disappointment and seemingly fraudulent company. They have no business doing business if they are taking people money without providing a service.

      I purchased a prepaid card today at 12:03 pm from 7-11. I walked across the street to my job and tried to activate the card. It would not activate based on the numbers on the card. It kept saying numbers not valid. I contacted Greendot and they stated that they don't know why the card isn't working but they can send me a refund. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to receive a check In the mail when I have bills to pay. Horrible horrible business practices. They need to be shut down ASAP and I see similar stories. PLEASE STOP THEM!!
