      I am very disappointed with Jake Sweeney's body shop service. I brought my car there on September 24 to **** ******** after a car crash that was not my fault. It is November 11 and Jeff inform me after I had to call him as I rarely get an update. That car part will not arrive until November 19 and my car might not be ready until after Thanksgiving. Almost two months without a car spending over 1,000 dollars on **** rides and takeout. Every time I call they lie to me and tell me the car is going to be ready for a specific date and then make excuses as to why it's not. Last time they told me that they order the wrong car part making me wait even longer. They have not even offered me a rental and they even dare to tell me to call a random person that I do not know to " pressure him to get my car ready" that is not my job I left the car to Jeff and he should be the one to " pressure them". At this point, I'm about to call the news, take this to my lawyer, and do anything in my power to get my car back. Their unprofessionalism almost cost my spouse's job as we did not have any transportation to go back to our jobs as theirs rarely was any **** or **** in our area. Thankfully we are working from home now and we can save some money now. I have no family here so their nobody to help us go grocery shopping or take us to any appointments we have. I understand that they might be working slower due to covid-19 but it's been 48 days that I am without a car and probably it's going to be 66 days with the pace they are going. PLEASE Do not take your car here or buy anything here their lack of professionalism is unreal and their service is even worse.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      Please close my complaint, I am meeting with the business on Saturday and I believe they will resolve my complaint at that time.
