  Thank You to PML Bridge Fund and *************** PML Bridge Fund Team,We want to sincerely thank you for the support and opportunity your organization provided during a crucial time for our family.When we found ourselves facing challenges securing funding through traditional lenders, PML Bridge Fund stepped in when no one else would. Your team didnt just process paperwork you listened, understood our goals, and believed in our ability to move forward.The property we were at risk of losing was an investment we had taken on to build financial stability for our family. Unfortunately, due to unexpected expenses and some setbacks, we fell behind on real estate taxes and were on the verge of losing it entirely. That would have been a major financial blow not only for us, but for the plans we had to contribute something positive to our community.Thanks to your help, we were able to bring everything current and keep the property. Even better, weve now been able to convert it into an affordable rental unit, offering housing to a family that couldnt afford typical market rates.   Heartfelt Thanks to PML Bridge Fund and *************** PML Bridge Fund Team,I wanted to take a moment to express how truly appreciative we are that such a funding program exists one that uses private capital to help people like us who have found the traditional bank and lender process to be incredibly difficult.PML Bridge Fund was the only lender that actually took the time to sit down, listen to our circumstances, and be willing to help. Your support made a tremendous difference in our situation and allowed us to save a very special piece of property we inherited a home that would have otherwise gone into foreclosure simply because we didnt have the funds to pay the overdue real estate taxes.While we have another home where we live, this investment property carried deep emotional value not only because it belonged to one of our parents, but also because it was our childhood home. Thanks to PML Bridge Fund, we were able to keep it in the family and give it new **********, were thrilled to say that this property is now providing discounted rental housing to a family who couldnt otherwise afford current market rates.
