    Heartfelt Thanks to PML Bridge Fund and *************** PML Bridge Fund Team,I wanted to take a moment to express how truly appreciative we are that such a funding program exists one that uses private capital to help people like us who have found the traditional bank and lender process to be incredibly difficult.PML Bridge Fund was the only lender that actually took the time to sit down, listen to our circumstances, and be willing to help. Your support made a tremendous difference in our situation and allowed us to save a very special piece of property we inherited a home that would have otherwise gone into foreclosure simply because we didnt have the funds to pay the overdue real estate taxes.While we have another home where we live, this investment property carried deep emotional value not only because it belonged to one of our parents, but also because it was our childhood home.
