              I went to trade a vehicle in solely to get rid of some negative equity. The salesman told me it would wipe all my negative so I could resell it and not have to pay negative out of pocket. Well turns out I walked in 6 000 dollars negative and I left about 14 000 dollars negative after he showed me a false resale value on his computer.

              We have a 2016 Dodge truck that has been there since December. Keep getting the same story that the manifold has to come from Chrysler and they’re only releasing 1 a month ??. Another call they told my husband they couldn’t find this part anywhere. Another call my husband asked if he found the part will they use it. Service guy told him they would but he couldn’t find it. Husband went online at Advance Auto and they had it. It was dropped off to them 2 weeks ago and still no truck. The last time I called he was rude to me and said it’s being worked on now and that’s it’s actually on the rack. That’s been 1 week ago. Will never buy from them and we have had good luck with everything we’ve bought from. They lost another customer. We’ve paid over $3000 in truck payments while it sat on their lot. I am filing with Attorney General’s office as well.
