After participating in a free class on 4/20/22, it was assumed by the club that I was joining as a member. I was charged on my credit card for a membership. After the free class I injuring my left shoulder, causing my arm to be in a sling and emergency health services needed for treatment of the injury. No class was used by my "alleged " membership. I called the club number that is advertised on all social media and advertising slots 440-804-5110 several times and the message for the number states that the number is not connected to any service and is unable to dial through. I then emailed Club Pilates on 5/4/22, 5/5/22, 5/7/22 asking for a return call and a refund to the alleged membership. They sent me a "freeze form" instead and I again asked for a refund of the alleged membership. I asked for a manager's name which they still have not provided. On May 11, 2022, I received a phone call from Jennifer which she left a message to return her call and that the general manager would like to get my alleged membership fixed and then left her personal cell phone number of ************ (not the business number)for me to return her call. On May 13, 2022, I retuned the call to her and left a message on her personal cell and have not had a return phone or any communication from this business. I am asking for a full refund of the alleged membership that was charged to my credit card.
