    I am submitting this complaint regarding Opinions Ltd, a survey agency in New Jersey. On October 16th 2024 I received an Amazon e-gift card from Opinions ltd in the amount of 30.00 dollars. This email was sent to me as payment for a shampoo survey I took in September of 2024 through the Opinions Ltd agency in Willow brook mall in Wayne, NJ. I tried to apply the amazon gift card to my amazon account but it would not go through. I contacted Amazon customer service numerous times but they told me my best bet was to contact Opinions Ltd and ask for a replacement gift card as there seemed to be something wrong with the other one
    as it was coming up invalid.
    I first contacted Opinions on Jan 16th 2025 via email. I did not hear from them so I resent my email on Jan 22nd 2025. I still hadn't heard from them so I went back to their website and decided to contact them at ************* ******** I emailed them at this email address on February 25th, 2025. I still didn't hear from them so I called the number on their website Opinionsltd.com. 440-893-0300. I couldn't reach anyone that could help with my problem .Their system does not seem to be set up to deal with the type of problem that I have. I still have not heard from them as of today June 11th, 2025.
    The outcome I would like to see is to have Opinions ltd send me a replacement Amazon e-gift card via email. I realize it may not be their fault that the first gift card did not go through maybe its something to do with Amazon but Amazon referred me to opinions ltd so I would appreciate it if Opinions ltd would just send me a new gift card. Its not like I'm asking for two gift cards just a replacement for the first one. I hope I have included the right order number. Thank you.

    On May 5th 2025 I did a survey on ** ****** ******* ********** I did my final screening from an employee at Opinions at **** ******* ****** **** ***** ****** **** CA 91303 I did the study via Zoom and after the study was done and over I wasn't told when I was supposed to receive my Tango Card via website in the amount of 75.00 and its now May 22nd and I haven't received anything in my email I called Opinions twice and they gave me the run around by telling me that they're not the ones who did the study when in turn the second time I called I was speaking to a male manager and he was telling me the same response I got the first time that they're not the one's who did the study when I told him that one of his employee's called me to finish the screening and he basically wasn't able to answer my statement all he told me was to contact the business that did the survey I told him I didn't have any contacts or emails or anything so unfortunately he wasn't any help at all I want my 75.00 Card ASAP if not then I will take legal action against your company for sure!!!!!

    I was asked and informed to go on Zoom app and participate in a men's group chat at 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. I had done just that. I was told via email that I would receive $75 for joining and engaging with others about discussing an "The Equalizer" episode on CBS.

    The man (Vincent ****??, leader of the men's group chat) could not see my face. He asked me to show my face because he could just hear my voice. I fixed my webcam on my laptop computer so that he can see me. Once he saw me, he told me that the men's group chat was filled and crowded. He also told me that I would receive $75 in the week after that day (which is this week). I thank him before he ended the video call with me.

    A few minutes later, I emailed Bonnie ** ******* (manager of Client Services, Opinions Ltd.) and asked her about receiving my reward ($75) even though I was removed from the men's group chat early. She told me that I would receive it.

    A week later, which is today, I have neither received my reward nor gotten an email reply from her or Bilal ***** (phone center supervisor, Opinions Ltd.). I have sent both of them an email message about still receiving my $75 reward. They have not responded at all.

    Is there a way I can still get my $75 reward for participation in a Zoom's men's group chat after taking a ************ survey about an "The Equalizer" episode that I watched?

    I am confused. I have received a $5 Amazon electronic gift card from some company for participating in an auto insurance survey. I have the email message as proof. But, I am not sure if it is from Opinions Ltd.

    I was told that I am going to receive $75 for participation of the Zoom "The Equalizer" men's group chat on March 12th.

    So, I do not understand this other reward...

    If Opinions Ltd. does send me my $75 incentive, I would like to get a PayPal deposit. My PayPal email address is ***************** 

    2 other options are receiving a Walmart electronic gift card or points credited to my MyPoints account.

    If I can get a PayPal deposit of $75, a $75 Walmart gift card, or points that help me get $75 on ************, I would appreciate it.

    November 27th i was recruited for a at home try and then send the product back to the company trial. I Received my products on around 12/7-12/10. I participated in a 10 day try at home trial I submitted the surveys as required and returned the project. Also i received confirmation that the product was returned back. As of today i have still not been compensated the $40 that is offered. I have reached out to them about the $40 compensation yet I have not even received An email In response about where compensation is.

    I was contacted by the business to go to their location for a market research event on December 5, 2024. I received a confirmation and went to their Santa Ana California location and was told I was not on their list. Their front desk person and their manager attempted to find out why I had an appointment but was not on their list. They told me that they would give me $50.00 for my time. I told them I had traveled to their location for the event and it was now rush hour traffic. I contacted the business' corporate location via email on December 5, 2024, and subsequently their President Kikel on December 6, 2024 via email. I received a phone call back from a lady who identified herself as responding on behalf of President Kikel. She apologized and told me that if they made an error, they would compensate me for my time. She told me that she would send me a check in the amount of $90.00 to my address.

    I was subsequently contacted by their Santa Ana California location and asked if I would be interested in doing another market research event since the one from December 5, 2024 was their error. They told me that it would be $50.00 for me to come and taste test frozen vegetarian food. I completed the event on December 18th, 2024, and I have yet to receive the compensation.

    On December 18th, 2024, I sent an email to President Kikel indicating no check had been received as a follow up for the $90.00.

    I am seeking $90.00 for their admitted error of the December 5, 2024 market research and $50.00 for the completed market research of December 18, 2024, for a total of $140.00.

    The original check for the hot sauce study at MainPlace Mall has been voided and a new check is being re-issued today, January 20. Due to the government holiday it will be mailed tomorrow, January 21. The other study you participated in (frozen meal) pays via Amazon gift card 4-6 weeks after the study has been completed by all participants. That incentive ($50) has been added to your check as a courtesy so you will not receive an Amazon gift card for this study. Your new check totals $140 and includes incentives for both your participations.

    Participated in a market research study over a month ago still haven't been compensated as well as NO response from this company whatsoever. I've called and no answer on the phone, emailed and no response. This was a pizza board that I did near end of Nov or early December. It's terrible you have to hunt them down for $75. I'd like someone to respond to me, it's been so long someone should have reached out by now. Unprofessional

    I was recruited and participated in a 90 minutes online interview by Opinions LTD on 6.20.24. No check was received.
    Contacted the company, was told was the check will be reissued. Never received. Was given many excuses but now, the customer service stopped responding to my emails

    I’ve done a survey on June 21st and and the check was sent out on 7/17/2024 I never received it in the mail I gave it a month to arrive. They are charging me $20 to get a check reissued and sent out but I have to rely on replying to a help desk email there is no one to talk to. I’ve been emailing them back and forth for two weeks they respond when they want days at a time like the last email I got was would I like a check reissued I waited a day to respond to that one only to get the same email the next day it’s like they are trying not to send my check.

    On November 9, 2023 I participated in a Zoom meeting for L’Oréal. I was promised compensation of $250. I waited approximately a month for payment then I reached out via email to ask when I could expect payment. I received a response response stating they sent my check to my home or I must have gave them the wrong address (I have done other surveys and got paid via check before). Since December I have sent numerous emails and called serveral times (voicemail full) all with no response. As of this day of filing this complain for my payment of $250, I have not received compensation nor any type of response to my let me know when my check will arrive. .

    I participated in a study for this company several months ago and I was supposed to be paid $75 I have been given the runaround and every single excuse in the book by the manager John as to why I haven’t been paid yet they told me that they accidentally didn’t include my name in the study and they have to speak with other people to get this resolved, payment has been delayed for months now and I want to get paid and get this over with already. The attached photo is the product I tested for the study.
