    After meeting with invisible Fence® Brand to install a new fence around our property, we were told that we could use the current line that surrounded our property, but we would need to upgrade to a new, much more expensive box for the garage. Since the installation, we have had approximately 10 issues where the line in the ground was “broken”, causing the alarm in our garage to beep constantly. We have had to call the company to come out and fix the line for all of these occasions. Each time, our yard was destroyed by the company looking for the issue. Our yard being destroyed was overlooked due to the fact that we were not charged by the company. Although we were told that the line did not initially need replaced when we spent nearly $2000 getting the initial set up, we have seen that proven to be false. The line has been replaced by invisible fence brand at least THREE times where it is currently broken, however, they want to charge us $200 just to send someone out to see if that is the issue. This company is criminal in telling customers that if they pay approximately $2000 upfront, they will have a working fence, when in reality they will to contact the company at least a dozen times per year in order to actually have a fully functioning fence. I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and lied to throughout the entire process. When I asked for somebody to come out and diagnose the issue, they insisted that they charge my credit card ahead of time and would not send someone out unless I gave them a valid credit card over the phone, which also seems criminal.
